Well, I did it! I signed up for a Piyo challenge, and then decided to try to be a coach. I've already connected with a couple people and I feel so good that I am helping them take the first steps toward getting healthy. I initially signed up just to get a discount, but it is so rewarding to help people :)
The piyo workouts are super challenging, but still fun. I did the Sweat workout today, and even though it totally whooped me, I was still smiling. That surprised me! I never liked working out before, but I enjoy this.
