Back to Fitness


Life is hectic as back to school starts, but consistency is key to keeping things from getting too stressful. Looking for a way to keep on track with healthy eating habits and working out? I'm running a "back to fitness” challenge to help keep on track when life gets crazy. It is a combination of nutrition planning and exercise.  The challenge starts Sept. 12 and is 30 days long.
